During his 30 years of selling real estate in Greater Orlando, John Lazenby has chosen to do business by "seeking the source," as he puts it. "I work to develop relationships with builders and developers, and with REALTORS," he says. Lazenby's primary focus is residential real estate, but he is also involved in land sales. He has handled many areas of Orange County, but the majority of his work has been in the Greater Orlando area. During his career, Lazenby has sold properties for the developers of Phillips Landing, Chaine du Lac (now known as Park Avenue West), and The Reserve at Belmere. He has assisted clients in choosing lots and designing homes in Keene's Pointe.
John has the skills and experience to take a client through the concept stage, including finding the right neighborhood, choosing a builder, and acting as a liaison between architects and designers," he says. He helps his clients choose the lot and work out the design and specifications of the house. Once the house is under construction, he works with them all the way through the completion process. Lazenby is available for his clients even after their homes are finished. When asked about his techniques for selling houses, he quickly responds that he "isn't selling houses, but helping people buy homes." He attributes his success to good insights and great follow-through. He believes that every satisfied client is a success story and will serve as "an ambassador for your real estate future.
