We had the pleasure of working with John Lazenby for our recent home purchase last fall in Keene’s Pointe in Windermere, FL. Having been a veteran home buyer, we've come to know the basic terms and services to expect when purchasing a home. We met John at a function and he later followed up with us saying he offered a "a boutique white glove service". Not really understanding what that meant, I took it lightly but started slowly into a relationship with John.
